With a solid foundation in education and management and nearly two decades of experience in teaching, Bona has dedicated the last 8 years to CHAB, championing educational reforms and community empowerment.
His upbringing in a poor farming family in Tbong Khmum province deeply ingrained in him the stark realities of rural poverty, shaping his resolve to enact change. This personal connection to the challenges faced by many Cambodian families drives his mission with CHAB, making his leadership not just effective but deeply empathetic.
